1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the koin77 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming a Bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on koin77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. koin77 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any point.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of koin77 or any of its associated companies, game providers, or service suppliers.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated by koin77 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the Platform.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on the koin77 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials, including your password, strictly confidential. koin77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Notify koin77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensure all personal details remain accurate and updated; contact support if any details change.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

koin77 is committed to maintaining a secure gaming environment and complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. All Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may be required to do so at other times at koin77's discretion.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document, taken in accordance with our verification guidelines.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits or withdrawals.

koin77 aims to process KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours on business days. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

6 Deposits

koin77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All transactions are conducted through approved payment channels available in Indonesia. Currently supported deposit methods include:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. koin77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which koin77 bears no responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits on your Account. koin77 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to successful KYC verification:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Typically 15–30 minutes during operating hours.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically 5–15 minutes.
• Other supported banks: Up to 60 minutes during business hours; may be longer on public holidays and weekends.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier and verification status. koin77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawal amounts before processing. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard banking hours may be queued for processing on the next available business day for inter-bank transfers.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

koin77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Each promotion is available once per User, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories. Sports betting wagers at odds below 1.50 may not count toward fulfilling wagering requirements.
• koin77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if abuse or misuse is detected.
• Bonuses that remain unclaimed or unwagered within their specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance.
• All bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of koin77 and are subject to change without prior notice.

9 Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on koin77, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), are governed by their respective individual game rules as displayed within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

• All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are final once confirmed by the relevant game server.
• For sports betting, including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, results are determined by officially published final scores from the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, affected rounds or bets may be voided and stakes returned, at koin77's discretion.
• koin77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error.
• Users may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• koin77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a User's misunderstanding of game rules. Users are encouraged to read all game instructions before placing real-money wagers.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koin77 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts simultaneously.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing koin77 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider.

11 Responsible Gaming

koin77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We encourage all Users to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits that reflect their financial means.

koin77 offers the following responsible gaming tools, available through your Account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to help manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform if you feel gaming is negatively affecting your life.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the koin77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of koin77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of koin77.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koin77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance or technical issues.
• Loss of data, game history, or account information resulting from system failures beyond koin77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any gaming losses incurred in the normal course of play.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers or banking systems.
• Any actions taken in good faith by koin77 to enforce these Terms, including Account suspension or balance review.

In all cases, koin77's maximum aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Termination

koin77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where koin77 reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Users.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings in the Account may be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the User that are not the subject of an ongoing investigation will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting koin77 customer support. Accounts will be closed within a reasonable timeframe following verification of the request and settlement of any pending wagers or withdrawal requests.

15 Amendments

koin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, koin77 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under the jurisdiction of koin77's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. koin77 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
